To rent a vehicle, you'll need a valid driver's license (held for at least 12 months), a credit card in the renter's name, and a form of ID (passport for international visitors). For motorcycle rentals, you must have a valid motorcycle license.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific details.
Yes, we offer one-way rentals between many of our locations. Additional fees may apply depending on the drop-off location. Please contact us for availability and pricing for your specific route.
Our standard rental rates include basic insurance coverage, unlimited kilometers, 24/7 roadside assistance, and vehicle orientation. Optional extras such as GPS, camping equipment, and premium insurance packages are available for an additional fee.
The minimum age for car rentals is 21 years. For luxury vehicles and motorcycles, the minimum age is 25 years. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. All renters must have held their license for at least 12 months.
A credit card in the renter's name is generally required for the security deposit. In some cases, we may accept debit cards with an additional cash deposit. Please contact your desired rental location for specific payment options.
